[[[Lead Executive Producer]]]
2025/2026
Objectives: Align cross-organizational content briefs, optimize annual production budgets, and streamline capacity planning.
Scope: Annual Financial Planning, Capacity Forecasting, Production Tiering, Batch Optimization, Resource Mapping.
Volume Efficiency: 411 Briefs consolidated into 181 Executed Productions (56% Batching Efficiency).
Cost Efficiency: Achieved 2.27x financial leverage, reducing baseline unit costs by over 50% through strategic campaign bundling.
Led the annual operational and financial planning cycle, converting 411 cross-organizational content briefs into an optimized, executable production roadmap. The process encompassed developing unit cost frameworks, mapping production schedules, and structuring multi-disciplinary staffing and studio infrastructure plans to align creative ambitions with organizational capacity.
To maximize financial and operational efficiency, strategic batching and a four-tiered campaign framework were deployed. By consolidating quarterly content needs and bundling multi-brief requirements into single shoot windows, the initiative achieved a 56% reduction in standalone executions—streamlining 411 story briefs into just 181 physical productions while cutting average unit production costs by over half.
Building on these structural optimizations, the current planning cycle for 2027 incorporates Generative AI as an additional operational lever. By embedding AI-first workflows alongside traditional production tiering, the updated roadmap further optimizes resource allocation, reduces delivery timelines, and drives next-generation cost efficiencies at scale.
